As a farmer-owned butchery, we are able to save you money and give you the freedom to tailor the cuts to your family's needs by purchasing either a whole, quarter, or half cow.
Our Angus cattle are pasture raised and finished on the hills of South Gippsland, sent directly to a local abbatoir, and then butchered by our expert knife weilders to your specifications.
Once you have decided how you would like your cuts, our butchers will portion it all out for you and cryovac everything to keep it fresh.
Ordering is easy, simply put down your $300 deposit and we will be in touch to confirm your order and talk you through all the options for cuts.
